  Managing Principal During the past 28 years, Mr. Thorndyke has worked with fourteen high growth ventures including two public companies, he has helped start four companies, purchased and sold six companies, turned around two ventures and provided strategic and tactical assistance to others creating over $100M for shareholders in small to medium sized companies. In addition, he has been the CEO or COO in six companies during the past sixteen years. Keith has an engineering degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Venture Management from the University of St. Thomas. He is also a certified Six Sigma champion, an avid reader of business leadership, strategy and productivity literature. Keith is the recipient of Entrepreneurship Alumnus of the Year and Organizational Leadership Awards from the University of St. Thomas, and the “40 Under 40” Award from City Business.
