  PrincipalMr. Anderson is the founder and a Principal of Andcor Companies, Inc., a 37 year-old nationally recognized firm that specializes in the needs of Minnesota-based, emerging growth companies. Acting as a venture catalyst, Andcor helps its clients by providing them with human and financial capital. Mr. Anderson is a leader in the advancement of strategic human resources, an active angel investor, and is widely regarded as an expert on emerging growth companies. In 1996 Mr. Anderson co-founded MMP, Minnesota Management Partners, a first-time venture fund based on the investment philosophy of investing in Minnesota based companies with phenomenal people. The fund was considered a great success giving excellent returns to investors. Recently Mr. Anderson served as the both the State and National Chairman of the CEO Roundtable, an international organization for CEOs of fast growth, emerging companies. In addition, Mr. Anderson has served on the cabinet of the Minneapolis United Way, overseeing the Emerging Market Segment, and is a keynote speaker for the Department of Defense and NASA sponsored SBIR. Dennis also sits on both the Advisory Board and Ventures Plus Advisory Board for the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, the Advisory Board for Minnesota Business magazine and serves as a judge for Twin Cities Business Outstanding Board of Directors Awards. In 1993, the TwinWest Chamber of Commerce named Dennis its Entrepreneur of the Year.
